But my friend was like, \u201c The routes we want to take are not light enough!\u201d As a result, we took two <strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">hi-vis vests<\/strong> so that drivers and motorists could recognize us. We also used some <strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">shoe clip lights<\/strong> to grab the drivers\u2019 attention while walking. This time, we took the way through the jungle near my place. <strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">Reflective gears<\/strong> were not enough there. Everywhere was as dark as night, and we couldn\u2019t see anything. We turned on the <strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">flashlight<\/strong> on our phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;From that journey onwards, we were more equipped and had a couple of <strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">headlamps<\/strong>. These headlamps with long battery life came in handy, and we took them everywhere, from the jungles around my place to the coastal paths near my friend\u2019s. Not only was it to light up the way, but it was also to get the drivers\u2019 attention so that they didn\u2019t hit us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\"><span id=\"eh-5\"><\/span><span id=\"eh-5\"><\/span>What to consider at night walking?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;We encountered a group of guys on one of our night walking tours. One of them, an expert tour guide, came up with some safety rules for night walking. Here\u2019s what he said;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Walk on <strong>safe route<\/strong>s; Take sidewalks if there are any. Also, <em style=\"user-select: auto;\">don\u2019t take deserted routes<\/em> where you can get harmed by strangers, bumps, potholes, etc. &nbsp;Fear of strangers and fear of violence can get in the way of walking at night.<\/li><li><strong>Choose the routes that others have tried before<\/strong>; you need to think twice before taking a route. Take the recommended ones. Take <em style=\"user-select: auto;\">a well-lit path<\/em> as you are short of vision at night.<\/li><li><strong>Face traffic<\/strong>. You must make sure of <em style=\"user-select: auto;\">the safety of the routes<\/em>. For example, a path that is convenient and not bumpy. Or a way that is not hazardous. You can simply walk in shopping centers that have enough light.<\/li><li>Never be alone. Always have company. It is safer to <em style=\"user-select: auto;\">have a partner<\/em>. There needs to be efficient route planning. Choose the ways that are not sloppy so that you have a fun night with your partner. Having a partner has another advantage too. They can make you more determined to go night walking.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\"><span id=\"eh-7\"><\/span><span id=\"eh-7\"><\/span>Is that all?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;I have always had my friend as my best company. We\u2019ve been through a lot. We\u2019ve taken lots of walks. But there have been lots of more people around me who want to go night walking but they can\u2019t due to some problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, this friend of mine is always snowed under. She is determined to exercise, though. She has taken up some sessions with them and is bound to exercise to be fit. Even if you can\u2019t go night walking, you should get to move. And some individuals can go night walking, but the point is they are simply lazy and don\u2019t want to move. Just go for it. No matter what. It would help if you moved to be healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Moreover, some people find it difficult to go for a walk, especially at night.
