Jimmy Yetman

My name is Jimmy, and my mission is to help you discover just how much you’re capable of. My journey in the world of sports began 18 years ago as a competitive athlete. That lifelong commitment to physical excellence eventually evolved into a dedicated 10-year career as a certified coach, trainer, and sports official. I leverage nearly two decades of personal athletic experience to help my clients achieve peak results in everyday fitness. I specialize in Strength and Conditioning and Athletic Performance, taking the discipline and techniques I've learned on the field and in the gym and applying them to your personal health journey. Whether you are looking to build a more functional body for daily life or want to train with the intensity of an athlete, I bring a decade of professional coaching expertise to every session. True transformation is about an all-encompassing approach to feeling your best. Over the years, I’ve helped a wide range of individuals reach their milestones by designing personalized, high-performance workout routines and comprehensive nutrition plans tailored to their unique lifestyles and goals. I know that starting a new fitness journey or pushing past a plateau can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am deeply passionate about helping others smash their goals and find joy in the process. My coaching style is warm, inviting, and focused entirely on your individual growth and performance. Let’s work together to build a stronger, more confident version of you. I can’t wait to get started!
