My fitness journey started with my own struggles with weight, and over the years, that personal journey became a passion, a profession, and a science. I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer with a strong background in bodybuilding, strength training, anatomy, and body composition. I’ve explored many forms of movement — from swimming, yoga and TRX to boxing, calisthenics and pole fitness — but strength training remains my specialty. I believe training should be personalised, sustainable, and empowering. My goal is not just to help you change your body, but to help you build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with exercise.
